POOL FILTER CLEANING SERVICE
Clean filters help maintain proper water circulation, filtration and overall pool performance. Routine filter cleaning is billed separately from monthly pool service after the initial Startup Service.
TOTAL CARE CUSTOMER RATE
$140 + tax
STANDARD / NON-(CUSTOMER) MAINTENANCE RATE
$175 + tax
For Total Care customers, routine filter cleaning is generally recommended approximately every 3–4 months, depending on filter condition, pool use, debris load and operating pressure. We will contact you before a scheduled filter cleaning.
If a filter requires cleaning outside the normal maintenance schedule, we will notify you and obtain approval before completing the additional service.
Published filter-cleaning pricing applies to standard cartridge and DE filters. Sand filter service and unusual filter systems are quoted based on the equipment and work required.
SERVICE POLICIES & WHAT TO EXPECT
BILLING & PAYMENT
A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file for recurring service. Your first payment is processed when Startup Service is performed. Regular monthly billing begins the following week and is automatically processed on the same billing schedule each month.
Applicable sales tax is added to taxable services.
WEATHER & SEVERE STORM POLICY
Your technician’s safety comes first. During heavy rain, thunder or lightning, we may provide a limited weather service focused on water chemistry and accessible baskets or cleaner components when conditions allow.
During hurricanes, tropical storms or other severe weather events, regular service may be suspended. Significant storm debris or post-storm cleanup that falls outside normal weekly maintenance may require a separate cleanup quote. We will communicate with you if additional work is recommended.
FIVE-WEEK MONTHS
NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR FIVE-WEEK MONTHS
Our monthly service price does not increase when the calendar results in five weekly service visits during a month.
